How it Works

1. Through an alliance with XN Financial®, our clients are made aware of the critical risk and insurance issues facing employers and internationally mobile employees, and the products available to address and manage these risks, in a secure, online environment.
2. Where there is an interest, your existing retail insurance broker/consultant can be introduced to XN Financial®, specialized wholesalers with a full suite of insurance products specifically designed to meet the needs of multinational corporations, and their internationally mobile employees.
3. Once the parties have developed a tailored program that meets your mobility insurance needs, coverage will be bound. Shortly thereafter, a secure online environment containing a relevant documentation, and reflecting your specific sponsored coverages will be deployed. Your employee then receives an email notification containing personalized login to XN Financial® secure site and other pertinent details of the new insurance program.
4. The secure site also provides you and your employees access to a broad range of valuable tools, content and services within a unifying theme of health, safety and security. Your employee may further tailor their program by purchasing voluntary coverages or 'topping up' limits paid for by the employer.
5. XN Financial® provides front-line account management, enrollment and invoicing services as the total program coordinator. Live assistance is available to plan members 24 hours a day, 365 days a year through the XN Global® Service Center combined with the member website. XN Financial® administers member enrollment through a paperless, on-line process and provides the sponsor organization with a single, consolidated invoice for all insurance products and services. The XN Global® Service Center ensures prompt and efficient administrative support to policyholders.
