Rental Subsidy Program RLRS reports on and manages the process for companies when they offer rental assistance to employees who incur additional expenses when relocating from a lower cost center to a higher one. Mortgage Penalty Savings Program We will negotiate with Financial Institutions to reduce the penalty amount that is charged when employees need to break their mortgage contract when relocating. We also obtain savings on the Mortgage Default Insurance Premium. Mortgage Subsidy Program Some employers provide a Mortgage Subsidy Program for employees moving to a higher housing cost center.
