Lease Cancellation
Helps relocating employees who need to get out of their leases before the term of the lease is up. RLRS can review tenant and landlord obligations, help negotiate an early release and make payments on behalf of the transferee if a penalty is involved.

Property Care Services
A comprehensive property management service is available to transferees who want to return to their home at the end of their assignment. RLRS will take care of property rental if the employee chooses to rent their home, or vacancy management if they decide to leave it empty.
