How it Works

Based on the spouse/partner’s work experience and current income,

RLRS assigns a dedicated career coach. Next, the coach gives the spouse/partner individual career counselling, along with access to courses and networking opportunities. The spouse/partner also receives assistance with resumé preparation, cover letter writing, and interviewing

skills.
